Payment Policy

Checkout and payment

The payment methods available for your order are displayed at checkout. Please review your selected items, delivery address, shipping option, currency, and final total before completing your purchase.

For destinations currently supported at checkout, standard shipping is free and the checkout total includes applicable taxes, import duties, and import-related fees. Any charge for an available shipping upgrade is displayed before you place your order.

Order confirmation

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. Your contract is formed when we send an order acceptance or dispatch confirmation, whichever occurs first. Payment authorisation problems may prevent us from accepting an order. If an order is cancelled after payment has been taken, we notify you and refund the applicable amount.

Refunds

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Your payment provider may need additional time to make the refund available. Please see our Returns & Refunds Policy for eligibility and return instructions.
